How often are the check-ins, and what will they entail?

After your initial appointment, there are X5 1-hour-long check-in sessions via Google Meet. These sessions will allow us to review how you have managed since your previous appointment, review any goals set and also discuss different topics of nutrition, exercise and physiotherapy management, all tailored to your needs. The first 3 check-in sessions are 2 weeks apart, and after week 6, the final 2 check-in sessions are 3 weeks apart. See below for a breakdown.

Will I be given a meal plan to follow?

The short answer is no. Empower Wellness is all about making real change last. Anyone can follow a meal plan, for real change to happen, we need to learn the strategies ourselves. Nicole will give you guidance throughout the whole process, sharing recipes and ideas to help you learn the skills to create your own meals around your preferences and lifestyle.

Will I have to count calories?

The short answer is no. If you feel it is helpful for you, then of course you can, however, it is not a requirement of the programme.

Do I have an option to have continued support after week 12?

Yes! If you would like continued support when the programme ends, there are options for this. Nicole will speak to you in your last appointment to discuss further.

Is the Reset & Reframe Programme just for women?

Absolutely not! The Reset & Reframe programme is for anyone who would like help and support with sustainable weight loss, exercise and management of joint conditions. It is for people who want to see real results through smarter movement, sustainable nutrition, and long-term habit change.
